How long is the delivery time for my hand-made wig?

Depending on the module you can expect 3 to 4 weeks.

 

How long is the delivery time for extensions?

Within one week.

 

Why real hair and not a synthetic product?

Human hair is much more versatile, can be better styled and coloured, and is a natural product.

 

What is the difference between lace and closure?

Lace front wigs offer the most natural look at any angle and can complement your existing hairline.

 

How do I measure my head size correctly?

The head size or head circumference is measured at the height of the natural hairline (from the forehead over the nape of the neck back to the forehead).

 

Can I wear wigs or extensions every day?

Of course, our products can be worn every day. You can put them on and take them off at will.

 

How long do your products last?

Thanks to the quality of our real hair with a resilient hair structure, our products can be used for several years.

 

Can the hair be coloured?

As it is natural hair, our hair can also be coloured.

 

Can I go swimming and do sports?

You can also go swimming and do sports with ours. You should avoid chlorine or salt water if possible if your hair is coloured.

 

Can I go to sleep with my hair?

Yes, of course! Make sure that you open the clips for attaching the wig or do not clip them into your own hair, so that the risk of a clip tearing your own hair is as low as possible.

 

Where does the hair come from?

This varies, we work with a large network of suppliers and carefully select the hair quality. We can source any hair and any hair structure on request.

 

Are customised products possible?

There are no limits to your special wishes! We can take into account any individual wishes regarding colouring, length, volume, cut and styling. Please send us your wishes (if necessary, with a picture) by e-mail.

 

What is the difference between full and half wig?

A half wig is secured with clips, while the natural top hair is placed over the half wig - your natural parting is retained.

In contrast, the full wig covers all of your own hair and allows you to maximise your transformation.

 

What is the difference between front and full lace?

With the full lace, each individual hair is tied into a lace. The wig can be parted freely all over the head so that it can be used to style braided hairstyles. It can be bonded as a whole. However, there is a higher risk of a hole forming in the lace, and the hair can knot more quickly.

Both laces are gentler on your own hair than bonds or strips and are deliberately processed with air-permeable mesh fabric and wefts to allow air circulation.

 

Does the wig hold well on the head?

Thanks to the customised design, yours stays on your head very well even without clips. With a perforated hairnet, you also have a good hold as it has a rough structure and a certain amount of slip resistance. Maximum hold is achieved by clipping the wig at the front.

There are also other fixing options such as silicone and studded strips, adhesive strips, or spray and liquid adhesives.

However, our hairpieces can be worn without glue (which we recommend) and are also gentle on the hair.

 

Are there any special care instructions?

As this is real hair, the product requires special attention to ensure the longest possible life, constant smoothness, and lasting shine.

We always provide you with care instructions, which makes care easy!

 

Can I make a plait with my wig?

With our front lace wigs (can be parted freely from ear to ear, and there are braids at the back of the head), you can create a deep plait or half bun, for example. You can also braid them or tie them back with a clip.

 

How do I trim excess lace on my ears myself?

The excess lace on the ears can be easily trimmed with nail scissors, for example. If you don't have the confidence to do this yourself, we can also do it for you.

 

Is there a right of return?

Returns are not possible due to the individual colour and customisation and for hygienic reasons. Each of our products is custom-made, and for this reason alone, a right of cancellation is excluded by law.

 

What is the difference between the Deluxe and Premium versions?

The Deluxe version can be colored with all shades, including blonde (shade 630), while the Premium version can also be colored, but only up to shade 27.
